Where We Deliver

Our Distribution centre  is currently open and is operating following strict hygeine and safety procedures .  This means that your order will take additional time to be picked and packed safely by our team.  

Due to a high level of demand through our website and in the courier network, your delivery will take longer than normal to reach you.  Bendon and New Zealand Post are following strict safety procedures to keep our teams safe.   Please allow an extra 5 business days to receive your delivery.

We deliver to all addresses nationwide in New Zealand (including PO boxes). For more information regarding delivery please visit

International delivery is currently unavailable.

To ensure you receive your order we recommend providing a delivery address where you are present during regular business hours, such as an office address.

We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Black Friday, Sale, Christmas and Boxing Day) please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Items delivered while you are out

Courier Post require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not at home during time of delivery, they will leave a card for you to call to rearrange delivery. You will have the option of arranging another delivery to either the same address, a different address, or a nearby Courier Post depot or Post Shop. There may be the option for you to give Courier Post Authority To Leave your parcel without signature.

Click and Collect Order

Click and Collect is curently unavailable In Auckland and Waikato due to the Level 3  Lockdown.

Click and Collect is available as a free service on Bendon Lingerie.  Items purchased via click and Collect will be delivered to your selected store.   You will receive and order confirmation confirming your order.  Click and Collect orders may take up to 5 working days to be available for collection, if you have any questions please do let us know.  

When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready to collect.   Please visit your local store and show the friendly in-store team your "Ready to Collect" email and proof of identification, the instore tfoeam will  ask you to sign for your order. 

Items purchased for Click and Collect will be held at your chosen store for 14 Days, if you are unable to collect your items during this time please contact your selected store or contact us via email to let us know at  We will hold your order for your for 14 days, if after 14 days we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the order value.

Please note orders purchased via Laybuy, Afterpay and Paypal cannot be refunded in store, and must be refunded by our Customer service team.

Free returns and exchanges within 60 Days of purchase.

Due to the current Level 3 Lockdown In Auckland and the Waikato we have extended our returns period from 30 to 60 Days.  

Due to the Level 3 Lockdown in Auckland, we have limited access to safely process returns or exchanges so these are taking longer than normal we are working our way through them.    If you have any questions regarding a return please Contact us.

Due to the volume of parcels within the New Zealand Post and Courier network, we recommend purchasing additional tracking for peace of mind.  

If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Bendon Lingerie, simply return them within 60 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund, for free. Your products must be in the condition you received them:



Intact, with tags attached Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged

For me. by Bendon Solutions we cannot accept returns on these if the packaging has been opened


Items purchased in Final Clearance are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind

Faulty Items

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. In order to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via email.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non refundable

Take the product to your nearest Bendon Lingerie Store.

Our trained staff will happily assist you instore, helping you to find your perfect size.

We’re happy to accept Online returns in store (exlcuding Swimwear in Bendon Outlet stores), as long as you have your confirmation email and invoice slip from inside your package.

Please note: If you purchased Online using Laybuy, Paypal or Afterpay you will need to post this back to us as we cannot offer refunds in store via these payment methods.

Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label (included with your original order) to your package, making sure you cover or remove original address label. Just in case you have misplaced this, our address is:

Processing Refunds & Exchanges

Visit your local Post Office and send the package back to us at the above address

Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Please allow up to 21 days for the exchange/return to be processed.

We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.

Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.

However, if you wish to exchange the item for a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference, you will need to return the original item for a refund. You can then purchase the new preferred item. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have further questions.
