New ZealandVery poor service. Using the undies is fine. The issue is that your website clearly says if you buy 2 pairs you get 2 pairs free. I bought 2 and only got 2. When I wrote in to advise you that I'd only got 2 pairs (ie the ones I paid for, and no additions free pairs) I was told that I would have had to have ordered 4 pairs, which seemed illogical. The obvious assumption if you bought 4 is that you'd get 4 more for free (ie 8 total). I only wanted 4.
