Prior to this order I had previously purchased 3 of your products (from David Jones) all size 16DD. For this purchase I ordered the same size but it didn't fit properly. While the cup size was fine the band size was considerably smaller than my other 3 bras. A larger size would have been no good and you had none anyway so I had no alternative than to purchase an extender. Your return policy doesn't allow for returns if the wrong size is ordered, however I didn't think i was ordering the wrong size as this size was correct previously. I appreciate sizes can vary, sometimes considerably, between brands but in this instance this was not the issue. I feel your policy is very inflexible but after buying the extender I am pleased with the bra.
