What is Bra Better Rewards? 

Bra Better Rewards is Bendon’s spend based loyalty programme. Members unlock benefits based on eligible spend within a rolling12 month period.

Who can join? 

Residents of Australia and New Zealand can join for free. Members must be 18 or over or have parent or guardian consent.

How do I join? 

Join in store or online here

You must provide your name, valid email address and date of birth, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

How does the Level system work? 

Your Level is based on eligible spend within the most recent 12 months. 

  • Level 1: $0–$179.99 
  • Level 2: $180–$399.99 
  • Level 3: $400+ 

Levels may move up or down depending on your rolling 12 month spend. 

What counts as eligible spend? 

Completed purchases made online or in store, excluding shipping, gift cards, discounts, promotional credits, returns, refunds and other non-qualifying amounts.

I can’t see my recent purchase on my account. What should I do? 

It may take up to 5 days for a recent purchase, eligible spend or reward to appear in your account. 

Please ensure you were logged into your account online or provided your email address at checkout in store. Purchases made without being logged in or without a linked email address will not automatically appear and will not count toward eligible spending. 

If your purchase is still not visible after 5 days, please contact Customer Care with your order details and we will review this for you. 

When will my purchase or Level update? 

Most updates appear within 48 hours. During busy periods it may take up to 5 working days. 

Please contact Customer Care if something is still missing after this time. 

Can I add past purchases? 

No. Purchases are tracked from the time you join and provide your email address at checkout.

What happens if I return an item? 

Returned or refunded purchases are deducted from eligible spend and may change your Level.

Can I use more than one reward at a time? 

No. Only one reward or voucher can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated. 

Rewards and vouchers are non-refundable, must be used in full, and cannot be exchanged or extended. 

Do rewards expire? 

Yes. Expiry dates are shown in your account or reward communication. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

How long do I keep my Level? 

Levels are assessed on a rolling12-monthbasis and may change as your spend increases or falls outside the qualification period.

I didn’t receive my Welcome, Birthday or Anniversary benefit. Why? 

Some member benefits are issued automatically and may take time to arrive. 

Welcome and Anniversary Benefits 

These rewards are issued automatically once eligibility criteria are met. Please allow time for processing and delivery. 

Birthday Benefit 

Your birthday reward is sent 7 days before your registered birth date and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. This means it will expire 22 days after your birthday. 

Please check that: 

  • Your account details, including your date of birth and email address, are correct 
  • You are opted in to Programme communications 
  • The benefit has not already been used 
  • The benefit has not expired 
What if I forget to give my email in store? 

If your email was not provided at checkout, your purchase will not link to your account. Contact Customer Care with your receipt and we will assist where possible.

How does free shipping work? 

Free shipping benefits depend on your Level and apply at checkout when you are logged in or use your linked email address. 

Standard free shipping thresholds still apply where advertised. 

Can I skip a Level? 

Yes. If your spend reaches a higher threshold, you will move directly into that Level.

Are Bra Better Rewards available online and in store? 

Yes. Purchases are tracked online when you are logged in and in store when you provide your email address. 

Purchases made at Bendon Lingerie and Bendon Outlet qualify for Bra Better Rewards. 

Why do you need my date of birth? 

Your date of birth is used to deliver your birthday reward.

Can I opt out? 

Yes. Contact Customer Care to leave the Programme. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

How can I check my Level status? 

You can view your current Level by logging into your account and navigating to the Loyalty tab within your account area. 

You can also ask a team member in store to check your Level for you.
