  • Welcome discount

    All new customers are eligible for a joining discount for signing up to our email database.

    The $20 discount is applied against your entire order, excluding shipping, and has a minimum spend of $60. The $20 welcome offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or promotional codes. The promotional code cannot be applied to an order that has already been completed. The $20 welcome offer code may only be used once per person. The $20 offer cannot be applied to shipping or for the purchase of gift cards. Offer is valid for 30 days from receipt of Welcome email. The voucher will discount $20 from RRP price of cart.

  • Leave a review and WIN!

    Leave a review on our website upon completing a purchase online, via the email received after you have purchased, and be in the draw to win a $100 voucher.

    Each month a draw will be made for all reviews completed within the calendar month. The draw will be undertaken with 1 winner and drawn at random. Coupon can only be used once online cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw taking place

    Terms of use

    Offer is for 25% off your next purchase online at or instore at any Bendon Lingerie Retail store. Offer is valid from time of issue and expires 30 days after it is issued. Code can only be used once. Excludes the purchase of gift cards. Bendon reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time. Minimum spend is $60 per transaction. Online orders

  • When will I hear about my order?

    Once your order has been placed you should receive an order confirmation, which confirms we have received your order and payment has been successfl.  If you have placed an order where payment has been taken and you have not received an email order confirmation please contact us

    We will send a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking details.  In peak trade periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and Seasonal Sales there may be delays to dispatch.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once your order has been received by our Distribution Centre, it flows through our system to be picked and then packed by our teams. Please review our Delivery & Returns information for timings in your local region.

    During peak promotional periods such as Black Friday and Christmas your order will take longer to be picked and packed.  We will notify you once your order has been shipped out from our Distribution Centre. 

  • How much is delivery?

    We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100. For local delivery rates on orders under $100 and information on shipping timeframes, please view our Delivery & Returns information.
  • Can I send items as gifts?

    Lingerie is a perfect gift for someone special, and you can send it directly to them. Your gift will be wrapped in tissue and sealed with a Bendon Lingerie sticker.  Alternatively you can have your gift wrapped in a gift box with your special message to them, for an additional $10.95 at checkout.
  • Can I change my order after paying?

    Unfortunately we are not able to make changes once an order has been placed. You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn't already been processed. Please email us at as soon as possible in order to do this.
  • Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

    Unfortunately we are not always able to make changes once an order has been placed. We may be able to update the delivery address if it hasn't already been processed. Please email us at as soon as possible in order to do this.  If your order has shipped, you may be able to redirect your parcel to the desired delivery address via the tracking link.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    Provided you contact us within 12-48 hours and your order has not left the Distribution Centre, there is a good chance we will be able to cancel your order.  You can send us a message using our Contact Us form, or by replying to your original order confirmation email.

    Once we receive your request we will ask our warehouse team stop the order from being dispatched, and get back in touch to confirm the outcome.

  • Do you offer Click and Collect?

    Regrettably we are not currently offering Click and Collect as a delivery method. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    We are hoping to have this back up and running in the near future.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we ship to New Zealand via and to Australia via

    Regrettably, at this stage we do not deliver outside of these two countries..

    If you have family or friends in Australia or New Zealand, you could ask them if you can ship your order to their address and then they can arrange to have it forwarded to you.

    If this is not possible, unfortunately we are unable to assist at this point in time.


  • What forms of payment to you accept?

    We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy (online only). You can also pay by Bendon gift card - both physical cards and e-gift cards
  • Is it safe to pay by credit card?

    Credit card payments are 100% secure on our site.  Card numbers, expiry dates, names, and other details are encrypted using the level of online security banks use, 128-bit encryption. Transactions are completed in a very secure environment. Look for the https; address in your browser address bar for peace of mind. It is often accompanied by a padlock icon, indicating a secure transaction is in progress.
  • I’m having trouble paying with PayPal.

    The best way to resolve any PayPal account issues is by visiting your PayPal country website and clicking Help to access PayPal Customer Support. For your security, please don't share sensitive personal or financial information, such as PayPal passwords over the phone, by fax, or in an email.

    As a House of Brands, Bendon Lingerie carries 7 house brands: Bendon, me. by Bendon, Fayreform, Pleasure State, Lovable, Bendon Man and Davenport. We design all of our lingerie in New Zealand and distribute via our Auckland-based Distribution Centre. You can learn more here.

  • How do I return something?

    We are happy to assist with a return, for an exchange or refund provided the items are in their original condition, eg unworn/unsoiled, all labels and tags still attached.

    Online orders can be returned free of charge using the Returns label provided with your order. 

    All purchases can be returned at your local Bendon Lingerie or Bendon Outlet store.

    Once received, we will inspect and process your request. Please allow up to 28 business days for the exchange/refund to be processed.

    You will be emailed once completed.

  • How long will my refund or exchange take to process?

    Once received, we will inspect and process your return.  Please allow up to 28 days for the exchange/return to be processed.


    Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment.

    Exchange for a different size

    We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.

    Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.

    If an exchange item is out of stock, you will refunded via your original form of payment and an email notifying of this.

    Please note, postage and gift wrapping charges are non refundable.

    Exchange to another product/colour/style

    If you wish to exchange the item for a different product (including a different colour), we will refund the original item and you can then complete a new purchase of the preferred item.

  • What do I do if I have a faulty product?

    Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur.

    In order to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, please email and include the following information:

    1. Detailed description of the fault.
    2. Detailed description of wash and drying methods used.
    3. Your full name and receipt or order number.
    4. Would you prefer a refund or an exchange.

    We will then provide instructions on returning your item so that our quality care team can assess the damage.

  • What happened to Heidi Klum Intimates?

    Unfortunately the Heidi Klum Intimates brand no longer exists.  Some of the signature styles have been brought through into our fashion-forward me. by Bendon brand.  This includes customer-favourites Sofia and Keyhole Boost.

Gift cards

  • How do I check the value remaining on my Gift Card?

    Please use our balance check tool or you can contact our customer service team at
  • What if I make a purchase valued less than my Gift Card value?

    The balance will remain on your card for later use.
  • What do I do if my Gift card is lost or stolen?

    Gift cards should be treated like cash, so unfortunately if they are lost or stolen we are unable to replace these for you. If you have recorded the gift card number and have a proof of purchase please email us at as soon as possible so that we can look into this for you.
  • Can I exchange, return or refund my Gift Card?

    Unfortunately gift cards are not able to be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Your Online Account

  • How do I sign up for online shopping?

    Our registration process is easy and quick.  Just click Login/Register at the top of any page.  Next, click Register.  Enter your Name, Email address and a Password and then click Submit.
    That's it! You've created your account and are now ready to shop!  You will receive exclusive offers from your favourite lingerie brands, invites to special events, and a present on your birthday!

  • Is my information kept private?

    We work hard to gain your trust, and even harder to keep it! We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.  You may occasionally receive information regarding products and promotions we think you'll like, and you can opt out at any time. Read our Privacy Policy here

  • I forgot my password.

    A forgotten password is no problem at all. You can easily create a new one: Click Login/Register at the top of any page. Click Forgot Your Password, and we will email you the instructions to create your new password.

  • I can't log in.

    This commonly happens if the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is pressed, or for an incorrectly entered password.  If neither of these resolve the issue, we recommend clicking Forgot Your Password?   We'll email you the instructions to create a new password.

  • How do I view or change my account details?

    You can view or change account details after logging in, such as:
    Account Info (Name, Email address, Password), Preferences (Email updates you've requested from us),  Addresses (Any Delivery or Billing Address you use) and your Wishlist for any favourite products you're just waiting for the right opportunity to buy.   You can also see your online order history including returns.

    To modify your details at any time: Click Edit, Make your changes, and click Save when you're done.
