We are working as hard as we can to get your orders out to you.  However we are experiencing a high number of emails regarding orders, please allow 5 business days for us to reply back to you, although it may be quicker than this.


  • I haven't heard from you about my order?

    Once your order has been placed you should recieve an order confirmation, which confirms we have received your order.  If you have placed an order where payment has been taken and you have not received an email order confirmation please contact us so that we can check.  We will let you know once your order has been shipped, with an email confirming the tracking details,.  In peak trade periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and Seasonal Sales there may be delays. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be delivered.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once your order has been recceived by our Distribution Centre, it flows through our system to be picked and then packed by our teams.  During peak promotional periods such as Black Friday and Christmas your order will take longer to be picked and packed.  We will notify you once your order has been shipped out from our Distributuion Centre.  Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be delivered.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once you have placed your order, your order will be picked and packed following our distribution schedule.   You will receive an email with a tracking link, click this link to find out where your order is.  Alternatively log in to your account to check the status and track your order.

  • Can I send items as gifts?

    Lingerie is a perfect gift for someone special, and you can send it directly to them. Your gift will be delivered in a signature pink Bendon Lingerie reusable shopping bag.  Alternatively you can have your gift wrapped in a black gift box with your special message to them, for an additional $6.00, at checkout.
  • Can I change my order after paying?

    Unfortunately we are not able to make changes once an order has been placed. You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn't already been processed. Please email us at as soon as possible in order to do this.
  • Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

    Unfortunately we are not always able to make changes once an order has been placed. We may be able to update the delivery address if it hasn't already been processed. Please email us at as soon as possible in order to do this.  If your order has unfortunately shipped, via your tracking link you may be able to redirect your parcel to the desired delivery address.
  • How can I shop on site?

    Now you're talking! Shopping is the most fun you can have on site:  Search for anything you want by Gender,  and Brand. Select your preferred Colour, Size and Quantity.  Click Add to Shopping Bag. Got everything you wanted? Click the Shopping Bag to review your order, and then Checkout.  Enter your payment details and click Submit.  Once we've received your order you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be picked and packed on the next working day. 


  • How can I pay?

    We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express),PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy (online only).
  • Is it safe to pay by credit card?

    Credit card payments are 100% secure on our site.  Card numbers, expiry dates, names, and other details are encrypted using the level of online security banks use, 128-bit encryption. Transactions are completed in a very secure environment. Look for the https; address in your browser address bar for peace of mind. It is often accompanied by a padlock icon, indicating a secure transaction is in progress.
  • I’m having trouble paying with PayPal.

    The best way to resolve any PayPal account issues is by visiting your PayPal country website and clicking Help; to access PayPal Customer Support. For your security, please don't share sensitive personal or financial information, such as PayPal passwords over the phone, by fax, or in an email.
    What if I make a purchase valued less than my Gift Card value?
    The balance will remain on your card for later use.

    What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
    Gift cards should be treated like cash, so unfortunately if they are lost or stolen we are unable to replace these for you. If you have recorded the gift card number and have a proof of purchase please email us at as soon as possible so that we can look into this for you.

    Can I exchange, return or refund my Gift Card?
    No, gift cards are not able to be exchanged or refunded for cash

    Can I return items originally purchased using a Gift Card?
    Yes you can. The refund will be in the form of credit loaded back on to a Gift Card

    How can I check the value remaining on my Gift Card?

  • How do I sign up?

    Our registration process is easy and quick.  Just click Login/Register at the top of any page.  Next, click Register.  Enter your details and then click Submit.
    That's it! You've created your account and are now ready to shop!

  • What information do I need to provide?

    Your Name, Email, address, and a Password is all it takes to create your account!
    You will receive exclusive offers from your favourite lingerie brands, invites to special events, and a present on your birthday!

  • Is my information kept private?

    We work hard to gain your trust, and even harder to keep it! We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.  You may occasionally receive information regarding products and promotions we think you'll like, and you can opt out at any time. Read our Privacy Policy here

  • I forgot my password.

    A forgotten password is no problem at all. You can easily create a new one: Click Login/Register at the top of any page. Click Forgot Your Password, and we will email you the instructions to create your new password.

  • I can't log in.

    This commonly happens if the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is pressed, or for an incorrectly entered password.  If neither of these resolve the issue, we recommend clicking Forgot Your Password?   We'll email you the instructions to create a new password.

  • How do I view or change my account details?

    You can view or change account details after logging in, such as:
    Account Info (Name, Email address, Date of Birth), Preferences (Email updates you've requested from us),  Credit Cards (You can save a credit card when you place an order), and Addresses (Any Delivery or Billing Address you use).   To modify your details at any time: Click Edit, Make your changes, and click Save when you're done.
