    Terrible quality

    These undies fell apart after one gentle hand wash! I was very disappointed to find out that I had to return them for a replacement despite supplying numerous photos and a description of the fault. I expected more from this company. Pleasure state undies are much better quality however I won’t be shopping with Bendon and will use another store in future due to poor customer service and their inability to give me a replacement based on photos.
